My story

I used to hate my body. I thought I would be stuck hating it forever. For close to a decade I struggled with binge eating, body dysmorphia and food obsession. I truly felt like a crazy person. I couldn’t walk by a mirror without lifting up my shirt to see if my stomach looked flatter, I couldn’t eat a meal without thinking about how other people were probably judging me and I couldn’t take a picture without standing in the back and sucking in.

It wasn’t until I started doing the inner work — healing my fear of failure, shifting out of the all-or-nothing mindset, and finally believing I could have my dream body — that everything changed.

I dropped 25 pounds in under 60 days. I didn’t have to force myself to eat healthy and eat until I was 80% full it just became a part of who I was. Movement felt easy because I didn’t have to put myself in a box of what working out looked like. I started to understand my body cues and cravings instead of freaking out when I wanted a cookie. That internal shift changed everything.

And 9 years later, I’m still living in the body I used to dream about.

Now, I teach women how to reach their dream body using the same inner work that changed everything for me — mindset, nervous system healing, and a deep connection to the body.
